I'm not very proficient with it yet and my left hand is !)"!.  That said it really does seem to give your arm a pretty intensive workout - got my right arm doing some 8K spinning for about 5 minutes half an ahout ago and my arm is still pretty tired/pumped up.  Whether I keep using it, whether it'll help with anything... I don't know, but the workout feeling is impressive.</content></entry></feed>
