have you heard of those powerball things to strenthen your arms and wrists?! can someone tell me if its worth buying one please? my arms and wrists need a good workout.ai.

Just got one of these yesterday. I'm not very proficient with it yet and my left hand is !)"!. That said it really does seem to give your arm a pretty intensive workout - got my right arm doing some 8K spinning for about 5 minutes half an ahout ago and my arm is still pretty tired/pumped up. Whether I keep using it, whether it'll help with anything... I don't know, but the workout feeling is impressive.
